PPGD Fan-made: Ben the White Rowdy

This is Ben (by kanoii-chi) the White Rowdyruff counterpart of Bell (the Shadowpuff Girl) from Bleed's PPGD comic series and Kinda different on his version. The first one was is same as Brick (on Chapter 3 see: Hi Brick) and the Second one is i wanna make his Uniform based on Boomer-kun's so i got improvised.
And same on Kanoii-chi's story he is also Brick's Rival (I guess)
